Shipping and Return Policy

Delivery

  • To Greater Cairo and Alexandria:
    Delivery within one business day , and a maximum of two business days .
  • To the rest of the governorates:
    Delivery within 2 working days , and a maximum of 3 working days .

Recovery

  • Packages in original condition:
    Unopened packages in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs .
  • Opened packages:
    Opened packages are not refundable.
Important notes
  • The cost of shipping the packages to the company is at the customer's expense .
  • Please ensure the packages are intact when returning them to ensure a refund.
